is the Open Letter from Cambridge Cycling Campaign.
Shutting down Bikeability and Cycling England's initiatives would be disastrous for attempts to get more people cycling, particularly given Cambridge's successes.
People with any Conservative connections in particular are encouraged to contact MPs to put pressure on this not to happen.
